Visitor Center
The Visitor Center is located near the west-end parking lot as you enter Bannack.
Visitor Center operating hours:
In May, the Visitor Center is open from 11:00am to 5:00pm on weekends only.
From the end of May to September the Visitor Center is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm, seven days a week.
In October, the Visitor Center is open from 11:00am to 5:00pm on weekends only.
At the Visitor Center, you will be greeted with a smile by knowledgeable park personnel. A plethora of informational brochures, maps, and handouts are available. Gifts, such as t-shirts, magnets, books, and posters are available.
All fees can be paid at the Visitor Center, and all tours leave from the Visitor Center. Go to Tours for more information.
If you are interested in supporting Bannack State Park, you may do so with your monetary donations or by contributing to the Dale Tash Memorial Fund. You may make your donations at the visitor center or by contacting us.
